As in personal training, an assessment of your fitness level and
physical behavior will be conducted. This includes a functional
fitness analysis of gait, posture, movement, flexibility and
strength. Health history, blood pressure, weight, body mass
index, and body fat content will be recorded. Exercise likes and
dislikes (physical behavior preferences) will be noted. With the
necessary information, a personal fitness program and facility
can be designed with your needs in mind.
